A good base of our business comes to us through referrals. Actually, we don’t even like to call these referrals because the word doesn’t really attach the necessary importance to them. We like to call them partnerships that we have created. The reason we like to call them partnerships is because real estate is not a transactional business. This is a longevity business, and we’re in it for the long haul. That’s the way we have built our business models, and so far, it’s working really well.
