Here are some steps you can try:
Remove the door: Start by removing the closet door from the track. This can usually be done by lifting the door off the track or by unscrewing any brackets or hardware that are holding it in place.
Inspect the track: With the door removed, inspect the track to see if it's bent, dirty or obstructed in any way. If the track is dirty or obstructed, clean it with a cloth and remove any debris. If the track is bent or damaged, it may need to be replaced.
Adjust the rollers: Most closet doors have rollers that allow the door to slide along the track. If the rollers are damaged or worn out, they may need to be replaced. However, if the rollers are still in good condition, you may be able to adjust them to fit better in the track. Use a screwdriver to adjust the rollers until they are sitting properly in the track.
Reinstall the door: Once you've inspected the track and adjusted the rollers, it's time to reinstall the closet door. Carefully lift the door and place it back onto the track, making sure the rollers are seated properly. Once the door is back in place, test it to make sure it slides smoothly along the track.
If the door is still not sliding properly, there may be a more serious issue with the track or rollers that requires professional repair. In this case please contact us and we will have someone come out and take a look.
