With traditional property management services, you can expect to pay 7-10% of your rental income. With us, you pay 5% Management Fee.
Our flat 5% investment fee applies to all types of properties and owners, so you don’t have to worry about pricing tiers or qualification matrixes to get a competitive rate. Plus, we do not charge a management fee until the property is rented.

We’ll file all the necessary paperwork with the Secretary of State of Idaho, obtain an EIN from the IRS, and ensure that all laws are met regarding the establishment of reliable contact between your business, the State of Idaho, and the general public.
